My Experience at the Wellspring Biohack Summit 2025

My Experience at the Wellspring Biohack Summit 2025

On October 25-26th, BEST CELLF was honoured to attend the very first Wellspring Biohack Summit as proud partners, alongside so many incredible wellness and longevity brands. Held right here on the Gold Coast, it was an event like Australia has never seen before: thousands of people, world-class speakers, live activations, cutting-edge tech, and a buzzing community passionate about elevating their health.

While our activation space was constantly thriving with visitors eager to try our New Gen PEMF range and red-light devices, I still managed to explore the Summit, meeting like-minded people, discovering new products and connecting with some of my biohacking heroes. This is my experience at the Biohack Summit 2025.

Connection at the Heart of It All

Although thousands attended, the weekend somehow felt deeply personal. Every conversation at our activation space felt meaningful - people sharing their stories, their wellness journeys, the improvements they’ve felt, the struggles they’re navigating or simply their excitement about discovering PEMF for the first time.

What struck me most is that connection and community weren’t just something we felt - they were one of the biggest takeaways from the speakers all weekend. Again and again, the experts highlighted that belonging, relationships and human connection are some of the most powerful predictors of longevity. Hearing that reinforced what we experienced on the ground: that wellness isn’t just about technology or protocols - it’s about people, support and shared energy.

As a predominantly online business, being able to connect face-to-face with a community that truly gets it was something special. It filled my cup in a way I didn’t expect. I left feeling inspired, grateful and even more excited for what BEST CELLF will bring to Australia in 2026.

A Lineup of Biohacking Legends

Across the weekend, the Summit featured breathwork and meditation sessions, pilates paired with red light therapy and keynotes from leaders who have helped define the global wellness landscape, including:

  • Dave Asprey, the father of modern biohacking

  • Wim Hof, the Iceman himself

  • Dr Will Cole, functional medicine leader

  • Dr Gabrielle Lyon, founder of the Muscle-Centric Medicine movement

  • Dr David Sinclair, Harvard researcher and longevity pioneer

  • Kayla Barnes, brain health coach
    …and so many more.

One of the most surreal parts of the weekend was meeting several of the experts whose work has heavily influenced my own journey, including Dave Asprey, Dr Will Cole, Kayla Barnes and, incredibly, Dr David Sinclair.

Meeting Dr Sinclair in person was a true pinch-me moment. I read his book Lifespan in my 20s, long before BEST CELLF existed. At the time, I’d always been health-conscious, but his work sparked a completely new level of curiosity - not just about living longer, but living better. It reshaped the way I viewed longevity, vitality and cellular health.

His research was also a major reason I moved into the IV vitamin industry years ago, and I often wonder whether BEST CELLF would exist today if that one book hadn’t opened my eyes the way it did. Being able to show him our PEMF technology felt like the full-circle moment I never saw coming.

Discovering Incredible Aussie Brands

Outside the keynote halls and activations, the Summit grounds were full of innovative Australian businesses showcasing beautiful products and therapies. I had the chance to try and chat with so many, including:

  • Tutto Fare - luxe tallow skincare

  • Biohack - Wanderlust’s newly launched supplement range

  • Vibrosound - vibrational bed therapy

  • Chief Nutrition - clean biltong and high-protein snacks
…and so many more (honestly, the list could go on forever).

It was inspiring to see how many local founders are pouring their hearts into creating products that genuinely support well-being and longevity.

A Weekend to Remember

Kelly and I walked away from the Summit feeling energised, grateful and more committed than ever to expanding BEST CELLF’s mission in 2026. The conversations, the connections, the inspiration - it all reaffirmed exactly why we do what we do.

This weekend wasn’t just a milestone for BEST CELLF; it felt like a milestone for Australia’s wellness future.

And trust me… we can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
