Refund policy
WARRANTY
BEST CELLF provides a 12-month warranty on the Infrared PEMF Mats and Infrared Red Light Devices. This warranty covers all faulty measures and any technical issues due to manufacturing defects. All of our products are individually tested in-house before being sent to our customers. BEST CELLF warrants your new product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in accordance with the accompanying recommendations or instructions provided. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse of the product.
14-DAY RISK-FREE GUARANTEE:
BEST CELLF offers a 14-day risk-free guarantee on our Infrared PEMF mats. You can find out more about this guarantee and the terms and conditions here.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you deem your product to be defective due to manufacturing error, you must return the mat to BEST CELLF for testing at your own expense. Should BEST CELLF deem the product defective, we will reimburse you the cost of returning the mat.
BEST CELLF will provide you with your choice of a refund, repair or exchange (where possible) for this product if it becomes defective within the warranty period. BEST CELLF will bear the reasonable expense of claiming the warranty. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and contact hello@bestcellf.com.au with any difficulties you may have with your product. Warranty claims and claims for expenses incurred in returning this product can be emailed to hello@bestcellf.com.au.
When contacting BEST CELLF to report a problem, you must provide context on the problem you are having with the product, including photos and/or videos, so BEST CELLF can determine the case and provide instructions or advice. Please do not send your purchase back without emailing us first, otherwise, your refund or exchange will not be processed. Your order number must be included in your enquiry.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a categorised 'major failure' and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
For New Zealand customers, this warranty is in addition to statutory rights observed under New Zealand legislation.
Due to the unique nature of our products and the specific customer base we serve, we are unable to resell Infrared PEMF Mats, Infrared Red Light Wraps or Acupressure Mats and Pillows once they have been used, even if it's only been for a short period. This is why we do not offer refunds due to a change of mind outside of our 14-day risk-free guarantee, which you can learn more about here.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Any product that has been resold to a new owner is not covered under warranty.
BEST CELLF reserves the right to limit the sales of our Products to any person or geographic region and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
TESTING RETURNED PRODUCTS
The testing undergone if a product is returned includes the use of moisture meters, laser infrared thermometers, EMF meters, timers, etc. This enables us to diagnose the cause of damage.
FOR BUSINESSES USING OUR PRODUCTS FOR COMMERCIAL SERVICES
Under the Australian Consumer Law, if you are a business and are using our products for commercial services, as part of a business to resell or hire out our products to customers as a service, our warranty is not available.
