I have a very busy life with family and travelling nearly every week. I purchased the travel mat to assist with my dreadful Restless Leg Syndrome, and poor sleep. I have been really pleased with the effects of the mat. I have not slept so well for a number of years. The twitching legs have settled. It has made an enormous difference to my wellbeing 😊

I bought the PEMF belt to help support my fertility journey. I love the fact that it can help counteract some of the radiation we are all exposed to in daily life. I actually broke my ankle soon after buying the belt and I used the belt on my ankle which definitely helped reduce the swelling and the break healed really well in the expected time frame.

I use the night setting to help me unwind at night time and relax and often sleep with it under me or next to me. I do find it very relaxing!

Probably the best I have used as they are not too sweet like others and very nice taste.

So far so have really enjoyed using this mat .. a little time necessary to adjust the heat to my liking but now it’s easy and wonderful to have to relax and unwind. It really helps although quite subtle currents.. I feel the benefit after each session. Happy with my purchase and the results so far.

Bought this matt to help me get me up in the morning. I am 41 doing burpees was 'my thing' to jolt the nervous system and stimulate circulation but it was getting harder to start those jumps. I use my PEMF mat as my pre-workout to get my body in the mood to do those workouts and it works a treat. :)
